There is a 32’ x 65’ concrete driveway that provides plenty of room for parking , boats or even campers for extra guests. The wrap around patio provides even more outdoor space with patio furniture, fire pit, both gas and charcoal grills plus a blackstone to meet all of your outdoor cooking needs. It has a large pass through lower level garage living space with bar that’s great on the nice days but also provides a good indoor escape for those pesky rain days. Also, there is a dock on the property for any of your recreational needs.
