We were asked to move to this hotel by its sister hotel next door, an unexpected upgrade. We stayed previously at Les Orangers Resort and were happy with the hotel, the quality, the staff, food etc. But hey we took the upgrade. It was fabulous and thank you. I understand why you did it economically filling up from the bottom improving occupancy. The difference was plain to see, and if I had paid the extra, I would not have been disappointed. Everyone, without exception, wanted to look after you. They cared. From the beach staff, bar / restaurant, kitchen team, and housekeeping, they remember what you liked. So thank you to everyone, it was appreciated. And to those who are considering staying, do it. I have been in hotels for 40 plus years and these people care.

10/10 attentive friendly service, impeccable food and spotless rooms! Me and my mum stayed here in the seafront bungalow for a week for one of our favourite holidays yet. Nothing is ever too much for the staff Nabil has been amazing for room service and Moez has been great at the bar! The rooms are cleaned to perfection with very comfy beds and pillows. The grounds are very spacious and luxurious, really recommend for a relaxing getaway

I originally left this review 3 days ago and wrote it while sitting in reception of hotel. In that review I criticised senior management and the food served within the restaurant, also criticised other areas. Early evening on day I reviewed hotel, we were in our room when we got a phone call inviting us to a meeting with the Manager/ Director of hotel. We sat in his office for 30 minutes where he took notes of all our grievances and promised things would change. To be fair to the Manager he only took up his position 6 days ago. In the 3 days since original review, we have seen a huge difference in lots of areas, there are more waiters round pool area and service is now excellent, no waiting for over an hour to get a drink. The food has improved with more variety, it is not perfect but it is definitely a lot better and continues to improve, keep up the good work and improving. This hotel has some amazing hard working staff, who are very friendly and always welcome you with a warm smile. Hopefully the new management will continue to support the staff and keep improving things. Finally, I just want to say, that my review was genuinely how I felt at the time, the hotel picked up on it and reacted positively by reaching out and listening to our concerns then decided to do something about it. They have turned a negative into a positive within 3 days.

The hotel is very tiered. Maybe because we were not in full season yet. Bed broken, so moved to a room that had an aircon from 1970 and was full of dust. The impression was that nothing was really clean , all windows dirty, bathroom without - good scrub. The food was always the same - veal 5 nights out of 7.

Had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were kept clean at all times and very spacious. The staff were very attentive and always happy to help. The bar staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hammamet
