I booked a two-night stay. The room itself was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water placed at the entrance. Since my stay was short, I requested that housekeeping not service the room daily.
However, on the second day, I did not receive any drinking water, which I usually get in other hotels regardless of whether the room is serviced.
The biggest issue was the noise. On the first night, I woke up to loud sounds from housekeeping, either cleaning the corridor or nearby rooms. My room was located directly in front of the housekeeping storage area, which made it worse. On the second morning, I was woken up again, this time by loud construction work drilling and hammering walls early in the morning. It seems there was maintenance going on, but the timing was extremely disruptive.
Overall, while the room itself was fine, the noise levels and lack of consideration for guest comfort made this one of my worst hotel stays.

The location is good 5 mins walkable distance to city centre.Many shops and martlet nearby.
The room is clean, the bed is big, everything is acceptable.
Quiet room good for sleep.
But there is no refrigerator.

Calme et confortable, isolé du tohu bohu londonien sans être loin des transports. Très bien insonorisé, je n’ai pas entendu le pub. Pratique pour y manger. La nourriture n’a rien de mémorable mais correcte. Sens de l’accueil. Personnel très aimable. Ça reste cher pour certains budgets... mais ce n’est pas du vol comparé à d’autres logements.

Later, I stayed for two nights, and the same path was booked. This time it was right. I needed to push the big bag to the first hotel. After the negotiation, I didn’t change the hotel. I want to say, please Ctrip and the agent confirm the address, do not let the user get the false information, thank you

My brother has a 15-year-old child and booked a double bed room. The hotel facilities are very good, with a large lawn, football field, swimming pool, gym, and free parking. The room is also very clean and quite large. The breakfast is OK. It feels like all hotel breakfasts in the UK are the same. The hotel is far from the city. It costs 8 or 9 pounds to take a taxi from the hotel to the subway during off-peak hours and 18 or 19 pounds during busy hours. The difference is quite large, but it is more cost-effective than driving. Overall it is OK. Except for the troublesome transportation, everything else is OK.
