Can甘麗) 甘麗) who served us is outstanding and awesome. She's helped my wife and I to book 2 events and also showed us where to catch the bus around the lake to get to those events, highly recommend them!

The best hotel in Hanchuan. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. If you are lucky, you can get a complimentary golf.

第二次來，一進大堂，暖色調燈光搭配精緻裝修，瞬間好感拉滿。前台小哥馮立服務可以，辦理入住快，還貼心送了歡迎水果。房間佈置超温馨，床品舒適得像睡在雲朵上，隔音也棒，能一夜好眠。健身房器材新，早餐中西餐都有，種類豐富。退房時還幫忙叫車，服務太周到。下次來這邊，肯定還住這！

距離武漢很近的温泉度假酒店，周邊配套很齊全，吃飯、健身、温泉、露營、散步、拍照體驗都很不錯，適合親子遊玩。Cathy服務很棒，大家武漢周邊遊可以考慮！這次剛好還趕上温泉開放期，長者小孩都很開心，温泉區的熊大姐非常熱情，給我們詳細介紹了各湯泉的分佈和特點。温泉區裏的服務點分佈很多，配有養生茶、乾爽的浴巾，準備充足、更換及時，推薦體驗！

定房間定晚了，衹剩最後一間。上午11:30到酒店前台辦理入住，被告知打掃衞生中，等房間好了發微信告知。等到中午1:30還沒有告知，去前台問了，換了一個房間，入住了。
陽台到處都是灰塵，房間還是不錯的，茶包基本上都是2023年的日期，感覺到這間房間有一陣沒住人的感覺，也看不到湖景。
不過酒店服務還是不錯的，前台Jenne基本上有求必應，因為早餐問題有幫助申請，謝謝🙏🏻🙏🏻
住店有一些可以免費打高爾夫球40個，打桌球一個小時，健身房免費1個小時，其他的都是要收費的，節假日去沙灘上人特別多。

從漢陽開車過去50分鐘，非常棒。清明節當天全部客滿，酒店大堂很洋氣，看着像三亞的酒店風格。 一家人定了三間湖景雙床房，房間很大，陽台景觀一級棒。 晚上還客人放禮炮，小孩玩的不想走了。到家後發現衣服落在酒店了，前台小姐姐黃逸凡幫忙發的順豐，非常感謝。 下次全家人再一起去玩
