A fantastic lodge hotel, set in peaceful tranquil surroundings on the hillside off the main road of the Mae Rim-Sameong Loop. The staff were fantastic and helpful, helping to organise transport and a daytrip van with driver, as well as ordering dinner from local restaurants. We used the 3 bed villa and it was perfect for our family, although a TV upgrade so we can use the smart services(Netflix) would be perfect for relaxing in the evening especially with kids, and a microwave to heat the take away meals ordered. The grounds and gardens are delightful, as are the big glass windows in the bedrooms which look out onto the gardens. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked and delicious, made to order at a chosen time, so a lie in doesn't affect getting a decent breakfast like it does in buffet hotels. The one thing that would make this hotel perfect and probably 5 star, would be a lovely swimming pool.

Bad service attitude. Don’t bother to waste time go there. Not worth it.

This is a special lodging in the tropical jungle setting. Very good for a peace of mind and sleep with natural cool air. Not too far from Chiangmai town and it exhibits the calm, charming yet luxurious lifestyle.

We were so happy with Vanilla Hill! It’s exactly what we wanted, spacious, quiet and isolated from the busy city. Staffs are wonderful and helpful! One small thing, if you are not a fan of little creatures like bugs and small animals, you might want to reconsider. But we love the quiet mountain side! Definitely will come back again!

Excellent view

The decoration style is modern Thai wooden structure. It is very quiet on the mountain, cool at night and early morning, the air is very good, there are a few mosquitoes, but the store has electric mosquito coils, but the exhaust noise of motorcycles on the road is relatively loud during the day.

The room was very dirty and messy! It was eerie and scary. I ran away after 20 minutes of check-in. Moreover, Ctrip increased the price very much, and the hotel price of a few hundred yuan was increased to four figures

I took my kids and mom to spend the weekend there. It happened to be Mother's Day, and the hotel sent a bouquet of flowers very considerately. The breakfast was very rich, with a menu to choose from, and you can freely mix and match your favorite food. The merchant service was very considerate, and they also provided free pick-up and drop-off to the elephant farm near the hotel!

It is suitable for friends and families to come together to enjoy a moment of tranquility. It is great to have a shared and private space.

Rooms with balconies have better views than rooms without balconies. There is a short climb from the parking area to the check-in area, and another short walk from the check-in area to the room. This time, the hotel staff were responsible for carrying the luggage. Without help, it would have been a very difficult journey. The room is very special, but the equipment is old. It can be experienced for one night

It's very good. The environment is good. The breakfast is also good. It just doesn't provide Chinese food for dinner. You can order takeout, but there is a 10% service charge. Walk about 800 meters ahead and there are two restaurants. Unfortunately, they are not delicious.
