I booked this entire house for one night and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The home was spotless and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and in a convenient location in Hang Dong. Took Took the host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in smooth and helped with any requests Every detail, from the cozy beds to the thoughtful touches around the house. I wished I could’ve stayed longer. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

The room is nice and clean. It is far from the city, so you need to take a taxi. You can't get an online taxi, but the hotel can arrange a car pick-up. The price is a bit expensive. Fortunately, it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The mountains are quiet and the air is good. There are elephant camps and rose gardens nearby. Overall, it feels good👍

A fantastic lodge hotel, set in peaceful tranquil surroundings on the hillside off the main road of the Mae Rim-Sameong Loop. The staff were fantastic and helpful, helping to organise transport and a daytrip van with driver, as well as ordering dinner from local restaurants. We used the 3 bed villa and it was perfect for our family, although a TV upgrade so we can use the smart services(Netflix) would be perfect for relaxing in the evening especially with kids, and a microwave to heat the take away meals ordered. The grounds and gardens are delightful, as are the big glass windows in the bedrooms which look out onto the gardens. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked and delicious, made to order at a chosen time, so a lie in doesn't affect getting a decent breakfast like it does in buffet hotels. The one thing that would make this hotel perfect and probably 5 star, would be a lovely swimming pool.

We choose this resort for our anniversary. The room was ok,but the bathtub had no hot water. The swimming pool was dirty and ice cool water. This is of lack of staff taking care everything. For our dinner we expected a romantic evening but it was a disaster. They played a cartoon movie on a big screen outside all evening it completely ruined our evening. After my complain they told me there is no manager on the premises because he is on Holiday??? The food is very poor quality and too expensive. I would not recommend this resort.

Hotel in the mountain. Very lovely environment for relaxation. Room is clean and comfortable with a lot of space outside the room. I checked in at almost 11pm and staff was still available to check in and show me the room.   Breakfast is simple and nice enough.  Will book again when coming back to this area in the future.

I don’t usually write reviews when I travel, but last week I booked this hotel for my mother and her friends. There was a small issue upon arrival; however, the hotel handled it very well by upgrading the room. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness. The bed linens and pillowcases smelled fresh and clean, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries, which were outstanding. I would like to sincerely thank Trip.com and the hotel staff for resolving the issue so professionally and turning it into a truly positive and memorable experience.

Wonderful manager. Recently renovated. Very friendly and welcoming. Very green. Nice wooden carvings on balconies. (It felt peaceful. I didn't mind the occasional airplanes flying overhead.) Location depends on what you are looking for.

We initially booked a villa, but in June, it was very damp, and the bedding felt moist. So, we switched rooms the next day. Honestly, I was drawn to the villa at first, thinking it would be quite unique, but the view from our new room was actually pretty good. Overall service, I think three employees deserve praise. The first is the lady who checked us in. She added us on WhatsApp, was incredibly patient, handled issues proactively, and offered excellent solutions. Her English was also very good. The second is a young man who works at the restaurant. His English was excellent, and he was quite interesting. The third is also from the restaurant, and I didn't catch his name. He was incredibly observant and thoughtful. While we were having dinner, there were some flies around our table, and as we were trying to shoo them away, he discreetly came over, turned on a fan, and brought us tissues. He did it all so subtly. This hotel is indeed far from the city center, which makes it perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The surrounding environment is quite lovely.

Beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains. We had a room with a private pool, though the water was cold, so I didn't swim. The room itself was huge, with a large, comfy bed, and a bathtub that we happily made use of. The hotel grounds are picturesque, featuring a small waterfall, a meditation area, and a dining hall. Breakfast was modest: sausages, fried rice, bread with butter and jam, ham, eggs, and fruit. There was orange juice, tea, and coffee. Breakfast is from 8 AM to 10 AM. We arrived at 9:15 AM, and everything was cold – the rice, sausages, eggs – nothing had been reheated. We ate it cold, but at least it came with a beautiful mountain view. In the evening, we asked for dinner, but the only option was fried rice with chicken. We ate that for supper. There are no other cafes or restaurants nearby, which is why we asked them to prepare dinner for us.

Loved the hotel! It's like a large garden. The breakfast is also very good. The service is very simple. The waiters are very simple. It is suitable for secluded travel because it is not convenient to go in and out of the mountain. But it is suitable for those who like to stay away from the city.
