第一次差評，房間大小不做評論，其他方面實在太差，房間裏洗漱和喝水放了幾個一次性紙杯，廁所玻璃門合頁掉了也不維修，洗漱間真的一言難盡，誰住誰知道。另外床一邊高一邊低，被子又厚又硬，蓋着太熱，不蓋又怕半夜凍感冒，玻璃窗還不能上鎖，真懷疑這是漢庭，同等價位還沒碰到過更差的，

這次帶家人來杭州遊玩入住最值得信賴的漢庭酒店，房間乾淨衞生這個沒話説，洗澡怕妻子滑倒，酒店雖然沒配塑料涼鞋，但當班前台小哥還是幫我們買了雙拖鞋，晚上送到了房間，非常棒的服務，給予小哥五星點贊！還有這炎熱夏天，我對礦泉水需求多些，這點漢庭從來都是無限提供，這個讓我非常滿意。這家杭州東站漢庭酒店，離地鐵4號線新鳳站C出口很近，我強烈推薦給各位來杭州出差旅行的朋友們！

查了很多4星以上的酒店差評，絕大多數是反饋衞生狀況不好，了。入住這家漢庭酒店之前也是無比擔心。沒想到這家漢庭的入住感受非常好。辦理入住的時候接受建議加一點錢換到新樓，工作人員非常有禮貌，讓人心情愉悦。新樓乾淨整潔，房間被褥一塵不染，非常舒服。讓我家兩個時隔9年再次從東京回到中國的中學生都感覺住得舒適、安心。非常感謝。
給這家漢庭的館內衞生和工作人員（包括清掃阿姨）打滿分💯
唯一遺憾的是房間隔音不好。我們運氣不好，遇到吵雜的隔壁鄰居，半夜還在打鬧嬉笑。給服務枱打了2次電話，都沒有改善。工作人員倒是説了：如果沒有改善請再聯繫服務枱。嬉笑打鬧聲一直到夜裡1點才消停。若是在東京，住客會打報警電話的，真是火冒三丈。酒店評價的分數扣在這裏吧！住宿住宿，吵雜的環境怎麼住？
補充：1、幫我們添加一套被褥，很快就送到房間
2、離車站很近，步行3、5分鐘就到新風車站，轉一站就是杭州東站，太方便了
