Hyatt Regency Hangzhou International Airport

Close to the airport, and the experience was fantastic. I had my luggage sent directly from another hotel via Didi, and Little Wang from the concierge team assisted me throughout the entire process, ensuring I received my bags smoothly. The environment and the pool are also great.

We booked the Grand Hyatt for the kids to swim, and they kindly upgraded us to a higher floor for free. The environment is excellent, very new and clean, and the service is attentive. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and it was rarely crowded. Breakfast was also good. The Yuehang Jinli Flying Package for two (booked one day in advance) was also very thoughtful, as shown in the photos. The hotel is very close and convenient to Terminal 4. We will definitely book here again next time we fly from Xiaoshan Airport.

Booked a one-night stay at the Hyatt Regency at the airport for an early morning flight the next day. Overall, I was quite satisfied. It's conveniently located right between Airport Terminal 2 and 3, making travel very smooth. I requested a room with a bathtub at the front desk, and it was very quiet at night – big thumbs up. The pool was also really nice, though the water temperature was a bit on the cooler side. All in all, it's a pretty good hotel.

Stayed for one night before my flight. The service was pretty basic, almost non-existent – I had to carry my own luggage upstairs. The room itself was decent, quiet, and reasonably spacious. Breakfast, however, was not good.

This hotel is truly fantastic! The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new. The food is great, and the front desk and restaurant staff are all excellent.

This is by far the best airport hotel I've stayed in. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the room service was excellent. I'll definitely choose the Hyatt again if I have an early flight.

It's a bit of a distance from the tarmac, so even though it's an airport view room, you can't really see much.
