Hangzhou Yulu GINLAN JIA Nanshan Suji (Liangzhu Cultural Village)

The service was pretty good. We stayed here for three days during the National Day holiday, and the price was reasonable. At this price point, I wasn't expecting too much. What I liked most was how family-friendly it was; the beds were a single plus a double, which was perfect for a family of three. The kids had a great time at the pool, and there are lots of attractions nearby.

The room was tiny with very poor facilities. The bathroom fixtures were practically falling apart, and the pillows had bloodstains. The service attitude was mediocre; they'd rather have you check out than offer a room change. Breakfast was very basic. However, the Nanshan area itself is quite nice.

Perfect for dog owners! Met lots of fellow dog lovers. You can ask the front desk for a room with a yard, I absolutely adore this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the thoughtful service. The lobby was clean and tidy, and Jiajia at the front desk processed my check-in quickly. She's a local girl and even recommended some fantastic local specialty dishes. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bedding was as soft as clouds, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the hotel's swimming pool – crystal clear water, and the surroundings were beautiful and quiet. After a swim, lounging by the pool in the sun was pure bliss. I'll definitely be back for my next vacation!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It happened to be our 23rd wedding anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room. The hotel's fresh and elegant scent, along with its beautiful decor, instantly melted away our travel fatigue. Our room was exquisitely and thoughtfully arranged, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that was impeccably clean. The hotel's location is great, close to Pingyao Old Street. They even provided tickets to Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park, and the Cliff Carvings are right behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm and attentive, handling every detail perfectly. The infinity pool by the lotus pond is absolutely stunning. I'll definitely be back!

After a lot of research online, I chose this hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Since it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room, which was very thoughtful, and even provided birthday noodles. The accommodation itself was truly excellent, with beautiful scenery and clean rooms. All the staff were warm and proactive. It was a very pleasant family trip. I'd like to commend every staff member who served us again; it's definitely worth recommending!

Excellent service and a very clean hotel. The room was spacious with a small garden, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's also great for family activities. Plus, they offer golf cart service to deliver luggage to your room.
