Hangzhou Shili Lili Mangota Tianchi Sky Riverview Hotel

Hygiene: I always bring my own disposable bed sheets, duvet covers, and towels when I travel, and never use the hotel's. But this hotel is truly clean! Not a single stain! The room is very spacious! I booked the parent-child room, which is the only one in the entire hotel. My kids loved it! Service: We checked in around 4 PM on the 23rd. The front desk lady was professional, efficient, and quick! She patiently answered all our questions! We had three kids with us 👶🏻 and she even gave them horse 🐴 gifts. It was our first time in Hangzhou, and she also told us about the best places to visit, which we really appreciate 🙏🏻. Facilities: The bathroom is huge, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub 🛁. They provided disposable bath liners, and the key thing is, it's really clean! Absolutely no odor! Service: Every staff member we encountered here was kind and polite! They were very responsible and dedicated in answering our questions. The robot delivering food is adorable, though its voice is a bit low, the kids really enjoyed it. The location is excellent! A hotel right by the Qiantang River, you can enjoy the night view and the light show from your room! Hangzhou's light show is magnificent and breathtaking! It only takes about twenty minutes to get to both the airport and West Lake. Very convenient! Environment: The breakfast on the 40th floor is very rich. I recommend the mini wontons, mixed noodles, and small steamed buns. You can enjoy the beautiful Hangzhou scenery while having breakfast on the 40th floor! In the evening, you can also go to the sky bar on the 41st floor for drinks and enjoy the night view! The ambiance is fantastic! My favorite is the infinity pool! It's so beautiful! I will definitely stay here again next time! We didn't get enough fun this time, so we'll come back again in August.

This hotel was excellent overall! We were upgraded to a river-view room, and the view was fantastic. We could even see the evening light show and enjoy the Qiantang River nightscape. The hotel also has a coffee bar with complimentary drinks, and the lobby manager was so thoughtful, even delivering coffee to our room. They offer a travel photography package with access to the open-air rooftop pool, which has amazing views and is perfect for stunning photos, whether it's for solo shots or family portraits. Our twin room also included an extra breakfast, which was very rich and delicious, and dining by the window with that view was just wonderful. All the hotel facilities are new, the beds are soft, and the air conditioning temperature and water pressure were both excellent. Overall, a fantastic experience!

From the fragrant lobby to the perfect water pressure in the bathroom, even the air here felt warm and welcoming. Every step, from the seamless check-in to the reluctant check-out, deserves a five-star rating. The most unforgettable experience was watching the sunset over the Qiantang River from the restaurant by the rooftop pool, seeing cargo ships pass by and the beautiful cityscape light up along the riverbanks. The room facilities were excellent, with options like open-plan vanity areas and separate bathroom/toilet configurations, plus rooms with bathtubs. The rooms were spacious and practical. The rooftop pool is definitely a highlight; it was a shame I couldn't swim in winter, but I'd prioritize staying here again if I get the chance. The follow-up customer service from Xiao Xue was also great, she warmly asked about my stay, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were all very attentive and thoughtful. Any issues were promptly addressed and resolved.

This Serilily Hotel is truly excellent. The lobby has many activities, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable, ensuring a sound night's sleep. The wake-up call I booked for before breakfast was perfectly on time, and the customer service representative was incredibly friendly. The room was spotlessly cleaned by the staff, making it feel cozy and peaceful. The floor attendant patiently answered all my questions, I absolutely loved it. The hotel's service introduction was warm and thorough, and the convenient parking was a great bonus.
