JI Hotel

The hotel and surrounding environment are both great. Having robots for food delivery and laundry is super convenient. The laundry room has a dryer, so you can wash and wear your clothes right away. The service attitude is also excellent. Breakfast offers a good variety and tastes decent.

The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the staff were all very warm and attentive. Both the front desk and room service staff were exceptionally gentle, warm, and helpful. I always choose Hanting Hotel whenever I stay here.

I've been staying in Hangzhou for three days now. My friends and I stayed at the Ji Hotel, but I wasn't very satisfied. It was expensive and the rooms were small.

The price doesn't match the service offered by All Seasons. The hotel's central air conditioning was on for almost half an hour without providing warmth.

On the day of check-in, I was told that I was assigned a last-minute room. I had clearly noted that I did not want a last-minute room when I made the reservation. I asked the front desk if I could upgrade my room type, but they said that I could not upgrade since I was only staying for four days. I had no choice but to check in. When I checked out, I wanted to ask the front desk to arrange for me to check out at 2 pm because of my flight. The hotel front desk said that I could only check out at 1 pm. Repeated communication was ineffective. In short, all my requests over the past few days have been met with enthusiastic but polite responses but no knowledge. I will avoid this Ji Hotel and even consider avoiding booking Ji Hotel in the future.

The environment is very good. The hotel is not close to the road. It is very quiet to sleep at night. The windows are floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is very clean and has a smart toilet. The front desk lady is also very nice. The price-performance ratio is very high. I will come to this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou. The picture shows the entrance of the hotel. It is really beautiful.

The location is very convenient, free parking and the room is very clean. There is a gym and laundry room downstairs, and free coffee☕️. It's a bit noisy because the upstairs is under renovation. Overall, it's very good.
