Staff are very welcoming and greet you around the hotel. The soundproofing is excellent, and the facilities are modern and high-quality. They even offer thoughtful pre-arrival care. Service is top-notch, and the location is fantastic, being very close to the subway station. Highly recommend!

I'm a frequent guest at Atour hotels, and this was my first time trying their S-series. As always, the hotel's environment was excellent, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk is located on the 38th floor, offering stunning views of the Qiantang River. Even the breakfast restaurant has river-facing seats. The location is also incredibly convenient; both Hangzhou Station and Hangzhou East Station are directly accessible by subway. This time, I was on a tight schedule for a concert trip and didn't get a chance to visit Lingyin Temple or West Lake, but the Big Lotus (Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center) and Zhejiang Provincial Museum are also directly accessible without any transfers.

This was a last-minute booking. While the hotel's location and standard are comparable to a mid-range chain like 'Quanjia', the room type and price were completely mismatched. The hotel occupies floors 16-19 in a mixed-use building (commercial and residential), so you'd constantly encounter all sorts of dubious characters in the elevators. Breakfast was very average, nothing to write home about – just enough to grab something quick. After checking out, I realized I'd left my charging cable and arranged for a courier to pick it up. The front desk didn't even bother to coil it or bag it; they simply handed over a bare cable. As a frequent business traveler, I was speechless. Any hotel with even a shred of service awareness would have coiled it neatly and put it in a small bag before handing it to the customer. They should focus less on marketing and more on genuine service; the lack of attention to detail is appalling!
