I had a moment of hesitation when I first walked into this office building, feeling a bit uneasy. But once you take the elevator up to the 27th floor and see the lobby, those worries disappear. The room itself was also very good. I didn't encounter any of the hygiene issues mentioned in some previous reviews. The linens smelled clean and fresh, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The upgraded river view was also very pleasant. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but still edible. Today, there was a tour group, so the food supply struggled to keep up. It got a little better after they left. You could always find something to eat. The orange juice was Qoo and the milk was Mengniu, which I thought was acceptable. There are charging stations in the underground parking lot, but they're expensive. You can find cheaper ones nearby.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is exceptionally good. From the higher floors, you can enjoy the night view and river view. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants downstairs.

Overall, it's clean and private. You need a key card to enter, so you don't have to worry about outsiders bothering you, and I didn't find any door-to-door advertisements. I'd definitely recommend it. The toilet was also pretty good.

During my last stay, I reported an issue with the air conditioning. So, before checking in this time, I made sure to mention it again. To my pleasant surprise, the front desk immediately had housekeeping turn on the AC in my room beforehand. This proactive service is definitely a big plus, and I'll certainly choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Overall, a great stay! I received a free room upgrade to a very spacious room, which even had a large mirror – perfect for getting ready. The complimentary disposable razor was surprisingly good too! Cleanliness was decent, though the only minor issue was that the air conditioning seemed to stop adjusting once the room reached its set temperature, requiring me to manually adjust it multiple times throughout the night.
