HANGZHOU W PLUS HOTEL

This guesthouse experience was quite satisfying. First, the location is excellent; you can easily walk to Hupao Park, Hangzhou Zoo, and Prince Bay Park. Second, the room rate for this area was within my budget. As for the service, every staff member I encountered was very friendly and accommodating, always quick to respond to any requests or issues. On the day of check-in, they arranged an afternoon tea, and in the evening, they delivered desserts. Upon check-out, they even gave a souvenir! The breakfast selection was also very rich. It's safe to say this guesthouse is run with great care. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.

I spent a long time choosing a B&B, and I feel like I made the right choice! The location is great, close to Manjuelong and Hupao Park, perfect for hiking and leisurely strolls. The lady at the front desk was so kind and always responded quickly to my online inquiries. The room itself was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated with a great aesthetic. Can't wait to come back in autumn when the osmanthus flowers are in bloom! 🥰

This hotel is perfect for detail-oriented guests; many services are incredibly thoughtful. From the welcome fruit upon arrival, afternoon tea, to the complimentary dessert soup in the evening, everything was impeccable. The staff were attentive yet maintained a polite distance, showing great professionalism. What impressed me most was their attention to detail: they proactively washed clothes left in the bathroom and neatly arranged all my toiletries on a clean towel after wiping them down. It's clear their training is excellent. The hotel's location is also very convenient. Highly recommended! 👍

Absolutely fantastic! They even offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, and breakfast was delicious too. The service was exceptional. Even though it's a B&B, the experience was far superior to many star-rated hotels.
