An absolutely delightful stay! The hotel's overall ambiance is serene, and the decor is really stylish. Our room was spacious, bright, and completely odor-free, with a fantastic view from the window. The service was thoughtful and thorough, from the warm welcome and helpful guidance upon arrival to the meticulous in-room service. Every step made us feel so comfortable and truly at home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Don’t recommend. Very rundown and shabby and the towels are minuscule. The whole hotel has seen better days. But it’s quite clean.

I would say this place has the most strategic location in hangzhou, because it is located in the midst of EFC building area. Across the apartment, there is a gym station, and you only need to walk for 2 mins to go to the mall beside the apartment. Certainly will come back again 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Very cozy apartment, some wallpaper/skirting/shower seals could do with a refurb, but the amenities etc provided in the serviced apartment was fantastic. Daily cleaning too. Not much English available. Location in new business district with heavy traffic so transport to and fro the city centre can be time consuming. Connected to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and small stores, multiple gyms nearby too. Very pleased
