Hang Zhou WestLake HuBin JieFang Road AtourS Hotel

The lobby was nicely decorated. It was a bit damp and cold when I checked in due to the rain, and the front desk lady thoughtfully offered me a hot bottle of mineral water. There was a noticeable cigarette smell when entering and exiting the elevator, which was quite unpleasant. As expected, being close to the elevated highway, opening the window made it incredibly noisy. No wonder the front desk repeatedly mentioned the quadruple-pane soundproof windows; otherwise, it would seriously disrupt sleep. They use Le Labo toiletries, but the hand soap isn't Le Labo. I forgot to bring lotion on this trip, and after searching, I found that the room didn't provide any either. The lower showerhead in the shower stall was awkwardly placed, too close to the door, and there was a mirror right there too, which was just… odd.

Facilities: Very comprehensive. Cleanliness: Very clean and hygienic. The auntie cleaned very thoroughly, meticulously, and comprehensively. Environment: The environment is great. All toiletries are provided by the hotel. Service: Very thoughtful and excellent. They even offer bottled water, which is a very considerate touch.

Overall, it was decent. The staff were quite friendly. The breakfast looked good but the taste was just average; it could be improved. Also, the toilet flush in the bathroom wasn't very sensitive.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, though the price significantly increases during holidays. The location itself is good and easy to access. However, the rooms were very tight on that day, and I really didn't like the one we were assigned. It was a corner room, not a normal square shape, with an awkward angle and a slanted window side. For over a thousand during a holiday, it really wasn't worth it. The overall room hygiene was acceptable. Breakfast was okay; while the variety wasn't extensive, it was enough, though more options would have been better. The hotel service, as always, was excellent. The only downside was the parking; the mechanical parking lot was difficult to find, small, and if you have a larger car, it's quite tricky to park without scraping.

Excellent as always, very similar to The Saka in Shanghai. Daisy Dong Qin provided fantastic service. ❤️

The front desk staff was fantastic and upgraded me to an executive king room. This hotel's style is also more appealing than others. The toiletries are all Le Labo. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Hangzhou. The environment is really nice.
