This was my second stay, and I brought my whole family of seven along this time. The hotel's location is perfect – it's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and it's super convenient, just a 10-minute walk to West Lake. The rooms are fantastic: clean, with new facilities. The decor is very new! The room design is well-thought-out, with many delightful surprises! The 75-inch TV is huge! The service is fantastic! All the staff are smiling! It's just a short walk to West Lake! Parking on B2 is very spacious, and you can take the elevator directly to the fourth floor for check-in! Everything is great! I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed on the night of the 31st, it was excellent in every aspect. Great location and incredibly high value for money. The lamb hotpot restaurant downstairs was incredibly popular; we were in our room waiting for our number to be called before heading down to eat. Intime In77 is just a stroll away. The breakfast was plentiful and didn't require queuing, which was a big plus since the other hotels we stayed at in the following two days had long queues for breakfast due to the holiday crowds… They thoughtfully provided earplugs, the service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious.
