The hotel was excellent. They arranged a spacious penthouse suite for me. While not brand new, it was impeccably maintained and quite quiet. The value for money was excellent. Highly recommend.

The kids really enjoyed it. Free parking is a great bonus, and they also offer late check-out. What's even better is that you can keep your car parked after checking out, which is super helpful since there's no free parking in the vicinity. A taxi ride to Hefang Street is only about 10-odd RMB.

This stay absolutely warrants a negative review. The dust along the edges of the bedside tables was shockingly thick, revealing a blatant disregard for cleanliness and attention to detail. On top of that, the soundproofing was abysmal. I was constantly disturbed by noise, whether it was from the room above or the hallway, leading to me being woken up during both my afternoon rest and again at night. It was a truly unacceptable and disruptive experience.

Whenever I'm in Hangzhou, I almost always choose to stay here. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. With the high temperatures in Hangzhou these past couple of days, the hotel was incredibly thoughtful to cover the front windshields of every car. Big kudos for such thoughtful attention to detail!

The room, though a bit dated, had a very comfortable and cozy layout that my parents absolutely loved. Its close proximity to my home, making it just a short walk from my place, was a huge bonus. Additionally, it was super convenient for breakfast, with plenty of dining options right around the hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic! It's very convenient for reaching Zhejiang University's First and Second Affiliated Hospitals.

The cleanliness was quite satisfactory. The location is superb, with a subway station right outside, making it extremely convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Being a state-owned hotel, its reliability is certainly a plus.

Despite being a hotel from 2014, the rooms are very clean and provide a comfortable stay. The location is also extremely convenient, with easy access to both Hangzhou Station and Hangzhou East Station. This is my go-to hotel for every business trip, and it's excellent.

My family was very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was great, from the lobby to the rooms and the breakfast, and free parking was a definite plus. However, I was disappointed that the room upgrade I'd redeemed with points seemed to have been overlooked. Additionally, the signage at the noodle station in the breakfast restaurant felt a bit tacky and detracted from the overall quality.

The noodles and toppings served for breakfast were quite tasty. The room was spotlessly clean. While city center hotels tend to be older, this one maintained a high standard of cleanliness. It also offered great value for money, and subway access was convenient.

The hotel's phone line was impossible to get through to. I accidentally left a bottle of imported medicine in a bag in the room and called numerous times, but no one ever answered. The soundproofing in the room was terrible, so I wouldn't recommend it if you value peace and quiet. The room amenities were quite dated. It might be reasonably priced if you're just looking for a brief stopover, but the overall experience was just mediocre.

Great value for money, very clean, and simply decorated. I liked it so much that I extended my stay! Absolutely fantastic! 👍

Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, with thorough and excellent housekeeping. Location: Centrally located in the city, offering convenient access to public transportation (metro and buses). It's perfect for exploring West Lake and its surrounding attractions. Service: We were greeted with welcome fruit upon arrival, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast spread offered a wide and delicious variety.

The hotel environment was quite peaceful. This time, we stayed in a family-themed room with our child, and it was decorated with Octonauts elements. My little one was absolutely thrilled the moment they stepped inside. While the room wasn't huge, the attention to detail was excellent. All sharp corners and edges had safety bumpers. Besides children's toiletries, the bathroom also featured a child's step stool, making it easy for our little one to wash up. The room also provided children's cups and spoons, and in the closet, we found kids' bathrobes and even a bag of spare blankets. Although we didn't end up using most of these, it truly showed how much thought and care went into preparing the room. Upon returning to the room after going out, we found that a staff member had left a gift for our child, which was a truly pleasant surprise. Oh, and parking was also very convenient. The security lady at the entrance was incredibly helpful and even guided us to a parking spot. Overall, our stay experience was excellent.
