The room is very spacious, offering a perfect living experience, and comes fully equipped with all household appliances, including a washer-dryer combo, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and rice cooker. The hotel is directly connected to a mall downstairs, parking is free, and getting around nearby is super convenient. My friend and I stayed for two days and were extremely satisfied. The service was excellent; both check-in and check-out were swift. They even contacted me about an item I left in the room and arranged to have it couriered back. A special thanks to Daisy!

An amazing experience! We stayed in the Panda Family Room with our parents and child. It had a tent, a pool table, and Tic-Tac-Toe, which our little one absolutely loved and played almost every day. The room was incredibly well-equipped with kitchenware, cutlery, a fridge, and even a washer and dryer. So perfect for families with kids!

I drove to Hangzhou and initially stayed at a hotel by West Lake. I really couldn't stand the outdated facilities and virtually non-existent service of that state-run hotel, so I moved to this one for my second night. Even though the price was similar, the living environment was a significant upgrade, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. The room had a washer-dryer combo and kitchenware, which was very convenient. There were plenty of parking spaces downstairs, and charging was super easy nearby. The only minor drawback might be that the soundproofing of the room door could be better. It was also very comfortable just staying in the hotel for an afternoon without going out. The Japanese restaurant downstairs was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again next time.

Hygiene: Pretty good. Maybe because it's a bit off the beaten path in Yuhang, there aren't many foreigners... didn't really see any, which at least means bedbugs are less likely to be seen. Service: Really great. I could even contact them later to get an invoice after leaving, very convenient. Facilities: I really liked the walk-in closet 😍, finally a place to put my luggage! ✌🏻 The auntie was very enthusiastic and showed me how to use the iron. And the washer-dryer combo is super fast! I specifically chose this place for the washer-dryer. Oh, and it would be great if they could add hand soap... bar soap always makes my hands feel not quite clean.
