The staff member was a boy, and he couldn't pull it out even with a lot of effort. Later, the child asked the hotel front desk staff for help. I suggested that my child take a photo and send it to customer service. I thought the matter would be over here. Unexpectedly, two days later, Monster Power Bank Company sent a message saying that 99 yuan would be deducted because the power bank was not returned. Now it’s better. The elderly and children at home were confused, and bad emotions started to rise immediately. Fortunately, the power bank that failed to be returned was still there. The next step was very simple. The problem was solved half a minute later. Next time you encounter such a situation, the front desk staff will be able to help handle it in a timely manner. Maybe Atour is a business-oriented hotel, and it is generally rare to encounter such a situation with elderly and young friends. This living experience also made me recognize Atour more.
