Great hotel. It says front desk staff speak English, this isn’t the case. None of the staff we interacted with spoke English. Nonetheless, the hotel, room, view, and amenities were wonderful.

Great location in a quite neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and the lake view is beautiful. The breakfast is mostly Chinese with very limited choices for westerners.

Absolute bargain. So clean and such a spacious room with a wonderful view of a lake (not west lake) but who cares ! 15/20 minutes taxi ride from main attractions in Hangzhou. Lovely peace and quiet. Alright breakfast but not the end of the world.

The location is too remote; a one-way trip to West Lake costs over 50 RMB via Didi (ride-hailing service). There are no subway or bus stops nearby. The rooms are comfortable and the view is nice, but the breakfast is terrible and there are very few staff members. For the price, it's not good value for money. Hotel management urgently needs improvement, and staff ethics need to be strengthened. This is Hangzhou, not northern Myanmar!
