The second time I stayed here, the first time was okay, but the second time was really average. Maybe the land in Hangzhou is very expensive, the room was very cramped, and parking was inconvenient. We arrived in the early morning and was very sleepy. Then we were asked to park somewhere, and then in the morning Move somewhere at seven o'clock. Choose carefully when driving. Stopping here will kill you. They are all near West Lake, so you can choose other hotels to check out. It's about the same distance, so it's very convenient to take a taxi or rent an electric car.

The room was nice! The front desk service attitude is good! Transportation is convenient.

Grandma's house is right next to it, and there is also a Starbucks, so the transportation is very convenient. Hangzhou Zoo and Hupao Park are within walking distance. I will stay at Orange Hotel again next time I come to Hangzhou

I hope to praise her with more drumsticks~ The room was average overall. I stayed in a large designer room, and some of the decorations in the room were missing. The room size was also average. ⚠️I chose this room type because I wanted the windows of the room to look out, but the problem is that it faces the small alley inside, so it is very noisy, which will affect your sleep. But the above are all bearable, and under normal circumstances I would not give a negative review. ‼ ️The most important thing is that the unpleasant experience before leaving the store made people feel that the communication service between the front desk and customers needs to be improved. . . My reservation on Ctrip showed check-out at 14:00 (as shown below). We received a call from the front desk at 11:56 that day, asking if we would like to extend our stay. After we replied that we would not extend our stay, we were told to check out at 12:00. First of all, regardless of whether I originally showed check-out at 14:00, even if I called to remind customers to check-out, it would be four minutes before check-out would be at 12:00. . [I feel like I’m about to turn away the customers when the time is up in four minutes😅😅😅]. . Secondly, when I went to check out and communicated with the front desk, she only frantically emphasized that their computer showed 12:00. Another receptionist explained that new employees usually don’t do this, and she continued to tell me that the computer showed 12:00. Check out... But this is not my problem. If it is a problem with Ctrip or the computer, you can try to communicate with Ctrip and give feedback. Why are you complaining to customers all the time? ? Can't you treat the customer well when you are leaving after staying for so many days? Even if a communication error is indeed caused, you will not apologize but madly say that it is a computer problem? It feels really bad.

Designer double bed room, heating and other hardware facilities are very good, the pillows are also comfortable, quiet, and you can sleep well at night. 👍 The only minor flaw is that the mirror doesn't fold very well, making it difficult to see the whole body.
