Overall, it was pretty good, with an excellent location. The Xixi Wetland Park next door is fantastic, it has a forest 🌳 where you can go birdwatching, and the breakfast offered quite a variety too.

The room was very comfortable and the temperature was just right – not cold at all, and I was able to dry my laundry easily. The hotel environment is pleasant, and getting a taxi is very convenient. It's right next to Xixi Wetland Park; you can access the park and the Wetland Museum directly from the back door of the lobby bar on the first floor. Room service was very responsive and attentive to all requests. The gym is well-equipped with a Smith machine, barbells, dumbbells, and a separate yoga room. My only minor complaint is that the Executive Lounge is too small, and sometimes there's a queue for dinner. The hot food selection isn't as rich as what you'd find at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake. Overall, it lives up to the Sheraton brand name.

A decent five-star resort. The service was friendly, and the view from the balcony was quite nice. The air around the hotel was fresh, with natural scenery everywhere. Breakfast was very rich, with a wide variety of delicious options and a beautiful view. However, it gets a bit crowded on weekends. There are plenty of dining choices near the hotel, and it's close to Xixi Wetland, so the ecology is excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is also very good. Lili proactively called for a follow-up to ask how my stay was. I'll definitely choose Sheraton again if I have the chance.

The hotel has a good location, close to the wetlands. The lobby entrance had a lovely Christmas atmosphere, and Lili at the front desk provided excellent service.
