The hotel is located near Song Street, which is very quiet and has convenient transportation. It's about 500-600 meters from Metro Line 1. The hotel has a Republic of China style, and they even provide free Qipaos for guests to take photos! The service is excellent; they called in advance before check-in to ask about my arrival time and if I was driving.

The cleanliness is top-notch; the room is spotless, and the bedding and bathroom are fresh and odor-free. The overall environment feels very reassuring. The service is warm, attentive, and efficient, with prompt responses to any requests. They really pay attention to the details. Overall, it's quiet and comfortable, offering both convenience and quality. Both the travel and stay experience were excellent. Highly recommended.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel; it was well worth the effort of repeatedly searching until I finally snagged a room here. It was the best hotel experience I had on this trip to Jiangsu and Zhejiang. **Location:** It's just a stone's throw from Southern Song Imperial Street, and a quick bike ride to West Lake. There are fruit and breakfast stalls in the alleys of the nearby residential area, and it's only a few minutes' bike ride to Damalong morning market. There's a bus stop right outside and a subway station nearby, making it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and getting around. **Ambiance:** I forgot to take pictures, but the overall style is民國 (Republic of China era) Western, even the showerhead has an antique charm. It's very tasteful. Being next to a residential area, it's incredibly quiet for sleeping; there's no sound apart from the air conditioning. **Service:** The young ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are all very enthusiastic and contacted me in advance before my stay. The bitter buckwheat tea in the lobby is delicious. **Other:** The only minor drawback is that the duvet was a bit thin, but many hotels have equally thin bedding. I didn't realize when booking, but upon arrival, I noticed 'Zheda Yuanzheng' in front of the hotel name. I asked a friend from Zhejiang University, and they said it's a company under their university.
