Centrally located, just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, with malls and unique restaurants all around. It's incredibly convenient whether you're here for business or leisure. The 24-hour heated pool has crystal clear water, and the gym is well-equipped. Breakfast offers a wide variety, and the freshly ground coffee is excellent. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. I had a special circumstance that required an early check-out, and the hotel handled it very quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The hotel pool is fantastic; the water is very clean, and in winter, it's heated to a comfortable 29 degrees Celsius. The breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I visit Hangzhou during summer or winter breaks.

Although it’s not a modern-style hotel, the location is great and the service is excellent. It has a classic atmosphere, which made our stay very comfortable throughout the trip. The view was also wonderful, overlooking the Hangzhou city center with a river right beside it. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.
