New Century Grand Hotel Hangzhou

I specifically hand-picked this hotel for my family vacation with the kids, and it definitely didn't disappoint – my children absolutely loved it! The breakfast spread was excellent, and even after staying for three days, we didn't get tired of it. The room was spotless, with no hidden corners, and cleaning was prompt and thorough. Right across from the hotel is Vientiane MixC, which made dining incredibly convenient. The customer service manager even added me on WeChat and gave my kids a little gift, which made us all very happy! 🥳

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The attention to detail was excellent. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they thoughtfully prepared a welcome gift. It happened to be my birthday, and the hotel specially sent a delicate cake, which was a wonderful and heartwarming surprise. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the overall atmosphere was upscale and cozy, and getting around was convenient. The value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time, highly recommended!

I highly recommend this hotel in Hangzhou. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is incredibly generous, with a wide variety of delicious options in a spacious dining area. The 3rd-floor pool has clean water and isn't crowded. The hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking with plenty of spaces, so self-drivers don't have to worry at all. The location is a huge plus! Directly opposite the hotel is MixC Shopping Mall, perfect for dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls. It's conveniently located between West Lake and the airport, making travel easy. Crucially, it's outside the West Lake traffic restriction zone, which is fantastic for those driving themselves. There's also a subway station downstairs, making it suitable for both business travelers and families. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Even though the hotel has an older decor, it's still very clean. The room was cozy, and they thoughtfully provided special toiletries for kids. Definitely recommend!

The service was absolutely amazing! They even gave us complimentary snacks and fruit upon check-in. The location is super convenient, right across from MixC shopping mall, and the subway station is just outside the door! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!
