Facilities: Brand new and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Beautiful and comfortable. Service: Attentive, warm, and polite. The breakfast was extensive, with Cantonese specialties, Shanghai dishes, Sichuan cuisine, and Western options – absolutely everything! I will definitely be back again.

This is my second stay here, and the service in all aspects is very thoughtful. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the limited parking spaces, but everything else is truly excellent! The location and transportation are very convenient. It's only a five-minute walk to West Lake. I will definitely stay here again next time!

This is a long-standing hotel with excellent service and it's very well-maintained. We stayed during the Chinese New Year holiday, and a staff member contacted us in advance to confirm our check-in details. Upon arrival, the hotel thoughtfully presented us with two small gifts, which was a delightful surprise for us out-of-town visitors. Hangzhou truly is a beautiful place with stunning scenery and lovely people. The hotel's location is superb; it's less than a ten-minute walk to West Lake, and there are many popular local restaurants nearby. What's even better is that despite being in the city center, the hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking. The staff guided us and helped with our luggage, which made the experience truly wonderful.

The room had a window, and the exhaust fan was always on to air it out, so the slightly damp bedding was acceptable. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, which was good overall. The staff in the lobby were very friendly and enthusiastic. On the day we checked in, we received a complimentary fruit platter and a late-night snack (snow fungus soup). We stayed for two nights. On the second night, at 6:30 AM, I was woken up by bed bugs near my pillow (a bug I'd never seen in northern China; I only knew what it was after asking around). This was the worst experience before checking out. I wiped it away with a tissue, and there was blood on the pillow. My hand felt a bit itchy then, but there were no red marks. I dealt with it myself at the time, and I figured it was fine, so I just mentioned the situation when I checked out normally. The breakfast buffet was decent, offering both Chinese and Western options like congee, soy milk, tofu pudding, juice, freshly made noodles, and wontons. One minor issue was that the clean plates still had water on them, seemingly not dried properly. Please pay attention to that.

This hotel is very close to West Lake and conveniently located near a subway station. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options in the surrounding area. It's also less than a 20-yuan taxi ride to the train station. The value for money is excellent, and they always upgrade my room whenever I stay. That's why I always choose this hotel every time I visit Hangzhou.
