房間很大！設施還可以！就是房間剛進去有點味道，不過能接受。主要是為了趕第二天的早班機訂的酒店，有師傅接機和送機，非常方便！！！！感謝！趕飛機很省心！酒店距離機場開車衹有10-15分鐘，挺近的！我們是早上7點多的飛機，師傅5點就在門外等待了。（可以入住時提前和前台説明趕機的時間）建議趕飛機的小夥伴可以訂，還能看到大飛機從窗前飄過。哈哈哈。

房間大，衞生好，乾淨，雙層玻璃窗，但六點後飛機起飛降落，噪聲大，影響唾眠，價格好，無早餐，另付20元每人，品種不多！可送機場。

房子不隔音，外面稍微有點動靜都能聽的到！晚上到機場接機，司機偷懶把車停在4號客運大樓，讓人從3號客運大樓硬生生走過來，明但是第二天早上就給直接給送到3號客運大樓了！

房間乾淨整潔，服務很到位，酒店免費接機，準時把客人送到機場，可以放心居住。如果有機會來杭州，還住如家酒店

酒店房間不錯，裝修比較新，而且還有送機服務，狠狠吐槽杭州機場走去地鐵口腿都要斷了。。。。。。。。。。

機場有點大，我去接朋友，從地鐵出來，本來説打車但是找不到地方就給酒店打電話，前台記了號碼，後來就跟我説讓我往T213號出口，然後我就去那邊，剛開始司機給我打電話，就説還有兩分鐘到，讓我快點我一直奔跑，一直走，找出口，後來找到了，給司機打電話，找到了酒店的車，上車，上車司機給我來一句打電話為什麼不接，然後我一看，確實打了五個電話，就解釋一直在找出口，一直走，沒看見，沒聽見，司機説：不要説沒聽見，第一次打電話你立馬就接了，然後很無語。坐車到酒店了之後，發現旁邊就是漢庭酒店，就想退了去漢庭，想想算了畢竟坐着你家酒店的車從機場來的，後來辦入住，衹有一個實習生小姐姐沒有個輔助的，然後等了一會，小姐姐態度還可以，就問她酒店車子的情況，問她車子是24小時嗎？她説是，車子整點的，我就説那我00點要去機場可以吧？她可能不熟練就説應該可以吧！後來去房間歇歇，然後用前台電話一點用都沒有，就直接下樓準備去機場，然後我去問她，我也不喜歡為難人就説有車去機場嗎？沒有的話，我就讓她自己下機聯繫酒店，她就有點…説那讓她下機聯繫酒店，我也答應了，就坐酒店大廳，等着朋友，等了有一會之後，小姐姐喊我説有車去酒店～納尼…，算了，小姐姐喊我了，挺好的，坐車發現是前面説我那個司機，不過他可能認出我了，這次態度還可以，跟我説接到人在哪裡等。再説説住吧！住的話，房間嗡嗡嗡的，不知道什麼在叫，然後空調打開除濕一股味，時不時飛機轟鳴聲，網絡也不好，凌晨四點休息，早上八點多就醒了，根本睡不好，疲憊的要死，準備退房想問一下前台，電話又沒用了，有電話掛了的聲音，好多次，就從攜程打電話，瞭解之後，去大廳等，後來上車了是另一個司機，態度很好，問我們坐幾號線，送的近一點，總結不會再來了……

從靈隱寺打車去的酒店，需要經過一個機場高速，一個收費站，有20+10的費用。
酒店去機場道路通暢，方便快捷，一小時一班車準時送。
房間寬敞，大床舒適。
美中不足：發現兩衹不明生物，疑似蟑螂。

提前約的家庭房，房間比較大，也有窗户，服務態度也很好，另外送機服務師傅主動幫忙拿行李。因為到的比較早，白天開窗時路過的飛機會有些吵，晚上關窗好多了。但是附近比較荒涼，沒有可逛的，附近臨街的路有點臟亂，所以建議逛完市區再來入住。
