2 36 秋假帶家人體驗西溪濕地，入住悦榕莊。從前台辦理入住，接駁車到客房服務均貼心周到，微信羣溝通很方便，有需求羣裏看到後反饋響應都非常及時。房間設施維護的不錯，酒店的秋景也很漂亮。吃飯酒店可以接駁車送到商業街，還是很方便的，下次來西溪會再選擇悦榕莊。

2暫別城市的喧囂，遁入西溪的瀲灧水光中。西溪悦榕莊深潛於西溪國家濕地公園內，與自然零距離。這次的悦榕莊之旅，不是住宿，而是一場關於江南的沉浸式夢境。房間內是典雅的中式設計，木質結構散發著淡淡清香。超大的浴缸正對庭院，邊泡澡邊欣賞窗外綠意，疲憊瞬間煙消雲散。 從下車到入住，管家服務無微不至，有求必應。出入都可以有接駁車車接車送，衹需要一個電話就可以在可接送範圍內來回穿梭。酒店的白雲餐廳的中餐和湖光閣的西餐都極具水準。衞生以及設施設備也是還可以接受。如果有機會下次一定會來

Our stay at Banyan Tree Hangzhou felt like stepping into a living painting — where mist dances over quiet waters and time moves at the rhythm of birdsong. What truly made this journey unforgettable, however, were the people who touched our hearts.
Bobby Jiang went above and beyond, sharing with my father the beautiful meanings behind each 对联 adorning the 四合院 — turning our stroll through the resort into a cultural journey filled with warmth and insight. Every morning, my mother would speak fondly of 37, whose gentle care, generosity, and radiant spirit made her feel cherished from the moment she stepped into breakfast.
A heartfelt thank-you as well to the kind gentleman who drove us by buggy to 外婆家 on our first day — his patience and thoughtfulness towards my elderly parents spoke volumes of true hospitality.
The team’s attentiveness extended even to our room — near the lobby, with no stairs, perfectly suited for seniors.
If you’re traveling with elderly parents or simply seeking serenity, this is paradise. Sit on your balcony, watch the ducks glide and the boats drift by — and you’ll understand why Hangzhou is poetry in motion.
