一家擁有獨享私家園林的酒店，由於離西湖很近，除了濕度偏大，基本沒有任何缺陷。進入酒店開始，就有一種回家的感覺。閑暇時間，漫步迂迴於江南園林之中，一步一景，目不暇接，讓人回味無窮。酒店所處位置獨特，與周邊景點銜接很好，出遊很方便。對於喜歡安靜的客人來講，是一個很好的休閑之處。

Everything is perfect!! The dishes at Jin Sha restaurant was so impressive that we paid a second visit during our 3D2N stay. The staff were so helpful and should all be praised for their hospitality, including but not limited to reception and room keeper. I would highly recommend the photoshooting service inside the hotel as well as we both managed to take a lot of gorgeous photos. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!!

The hotel was astonishing, all the staff were amazing and welcoming.
Lulu, Jasmine and Star were especially helpful and welcoming, first class staff.
I would definitely recommend anyone coming to Hangzhou to go and experience the hotel even if it is one day.

帶媽媽來杭州玩，選擇下榻四季賓館，這家酒店給我留下很深的印象，也有很多有趣的回憶。
服務：來之前我曾一度想取消四季的預訂，部分原因是上一家酒店住的實在太舒服了，有無敵景色，服務非常好，價格才是四季的5分之一。。。後來四季的員工給我打了電話，才讓我又對四季的旅程燃起興趣。
到店之後，四季的服務果然沒有讓我們失望，大堂領班是半跪着跟我們交流（我們坐在矮沙發上），一路拎着行李把我們帶到房間。期間幫忙預約旅拍和金沙廳等服務，還開着漂亮的小紅車帶我們逛四季的園子，滿足了作為客人的好奇心。晚上出門，大堂的小哥哥還給我拿了防蚊液，囑咐我們防蚊蟲。負責打掃衞生的阿姨們也非常友善，每次都有求必應，每次回來房間裏都整整齊齊乾乾淨淨，非常感謝你們！
唯一不滿意的是那位宋韻文化的“老師”，她負責給客人展示煮茶和毛筆字，酒店領班説這個體驗項目不用預約，是先到先得，我帶着70歲的長者下午3點05分到的，她轟我們走，説3點半有預約。。。咦？不是先到先得嘛？為什麼轟客人呢？最後在我們的堅持下，她勉強同意，然後9分鐘草草了事。這個服務態度和酒店其他員工相比就屬於另一個極端了。
環境：環境精美，乾淨，屬於美式和中式相結合的奢華風，我們對酒店的建築非常感興趣，比如那些碩大的木頭源自哪裡？是怎麼拼接的？可惜酒店沒有提供相關的介紹和説明。
設施：非常紮實的大理石和木料，雖然是2010建造的，但質量依然很好，房間有智能廁所，馬桶座是暖的，不像西湖國賓館凍pp。泡澡浴缸很舒服，內帶靠墊，非常舒適，夏天提供幹菊花用來泡澡～SPA的設施很完備，佈局像修仙小説裏的煉丹房，一條小溪上面鋪着厚石板，小溪兩邊左右都是按摩室，大門是鐵的很厚重，裏面配有廁所和淋雨還有湯池，私密性很好。
金沙廳的午餐點心，脆皮雞，西湖醋魚特別好吃！我媽媽特別愛吃這裏的醋魚，把湯汁都吃了。
早餐中規中矩，地方太小了，動線安排非常不合理，大家要在走廊裏排隊拿菜，不講究，沒有奢華酒店的排麪，與酒店的身份不符，建議調整。
我們整體上是滿意的，100分的話我們給95分。
