5/5PerfectA very good hotel. I have to stay here every time I come to Hangzhou, because the hotel has begun to think that Hangzhou is still very good. The bedding is very comfortable and soft. This time I went to Banyan Tree for breakfast which was also very good, rich and clean.

5/5PerfectThe hotel environment is really good. You can stroll around the wetland outside the wetland. There are commercial streets around it, which is super convenient. There are also many restaurants around the hotel. We went to the restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk. It was really good. Zhang Yuhang at the front desk drove us there in a park car. Went to the restaurant, and the service was beyond praise, especially Catherine, who responded to everything, and the service with a warm smile was a great experience. I look forward to my next stay!

Haven't found the right property yet?
I selected this hotel due to its reputation from a friends recommendation and in particular because of their outdoor swimming pool. The weather is hot and humid so some pool time was what I desired. On arrival I discovered the pool was closed but this hadn’t been advertised anywhere and I was exceptionally disappointed. I was given access to the gym and indoor pool at the Banyan Hotel up the road and also a room upgrade by lovely staff who were understanding of my disappointment. The rooms themselves are fine with a massive bed, lovely bath and shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with a variety of food, with pastries and some cereals (didn’t see any muesli though). The staff were very helpful during my entire stay, helping with deliveries and some basic questions as well as the aforementioned room upgrade. Just wish the pool was open as it looks like the perfect space for relaxing.
