This hotel is on top of the Shop houses ,reception area to chill is very small ,public toilet is terrible despite the design attract me to stay here but the environment for the price I pay can be better , I check out next day

Stayed at this hotel during my visit to Hangzhou and couldn’t have asked for a better location—right outside the metro station, with easy access to Hangzhou East Train Station and Xiaoshan Airport. There’s a shopping mall just steps away, making everything super convenient.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to an executive queen room, which was spacious and well-appointed. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. Overall, a smooth, comfortable stay with great value and unbeatable convenience.

Got an upgrade to the executive queen room and it was a nice 2 night stay.
Excellent location, near the FengQi Metro station and connected to the mall across the road. Strangely, the shower water temperature was not adjustable and it was a little too hot for our liking. And the bathroom floor felt a bit slippery as well, so need to be extra careful. There's a nice noodle and jianbing nearby that we tried.

Hotel is right in front of a train station. It’s very convenient if traveling by train. Main tourists area, shopping area or scenic area would need to walk abit to get there but it’s not too far away.

The hotel is located at a very strategic location, literally right in front of a subway entrance. It’s also a stone throw away from the high street and lake side.

The hotel is located between two key spots—Hubin Yintai in77 (the main shopping street) and West Lake—both of which require about a 10-minute walk to reach.
The room was quite small, and unfortunately, there was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the toilet. While the room decor was nice, I was disappointed to find that the toilet walls were semi-translucent, making it possible to see the silhouette of someone inside, whether they were showering or using the toilet. The shower area also lacked hooks or shelves to hang clothes and place toiletries, which was inconvenient.
On the positive side, the breakfast spread was decent, offering a fair selection. However, no bottled mineral water was provided during breakfast, which was a letdown.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are several design and comfort issues that should be addressed.

The room is good, location is good. but is not very sound proof. in the morning there are little bit of sound like slamming doors. maybe it is the room near by closes the doors.
overall is clean and decent.
