Pagoda Design Hotel Hangzhou Center West Lake

Old and run-down. The air conditioning not only didn't cool but was also incredibly loud, rattling all night long. On top of the poor soundproofing, the room wasn't clean; I got itchy bumps on my scalp from the pillow. And this is supposed to be a five-star hotel? Even Home Inn and Hanting are better than this.

The Pagoda Junting hotel offers clean and tidy rooms with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The toiletries provided are also good. Its location is convenient for accessing West Lake and Wulin Square, as well as shopping malls. The hotel breakfast is rich and delicious. The service is very enthusiastic, especially from "Miss Donut" who contacted me a day in advance to help arrange breakfast for our child, who was initially not included. I'll consider staying here again next time.

It's quite close to all the nearby attractions. We even received a fruit platter on the day we checked in. Getting around by subway is super convenient too. They also gave us tickets for a canal boat tour, which we tried out in the evening – the night views along both sides of the canal were absolutely beautiful.

Stumbled upon this hotel by chance. The family room for four was perfect for our family, and it even included a complimentary meal. Pudding, our customer service representative, assisted us throughout our two-day stay. She was always quick to respond to our requests and arranged everything wonderfully. We'll definitely choose this place again if we visit Hangzhou, as the location is also very convenient. Thanks again, Pudding!

First night minibar: Complimentary on the first night, which was a nice touch.

This room is perfect for a family with two kids. It's clean, tidy, and has good soundproofing. The breakfast was also quite good.

The hotel's location is quite good, a 20-minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station and 15 minutes from West Lake. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was warm. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the shower tends to clog and leak.

This is our second stay here, and we chose this hotel again for our trip to Hangzhou. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The hotel itself is very comfortable, offering one king-size bed (1.8m) and one queen-size bed (1.5m), which is perfect for families with two children. The breakfast is also very good.
