Pretty good! The location is super convenient, close to both West Lake and Wulin Square. Plus, you unlock the door with facial recognition, which is really handy. Thumbs up! Recommended!

They upgraded our room, which was very spacious with a nice view. The complimentary Grand Canal boat tickets were a great bonus. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. I'll definitely come back next time.

The location is excellent, close to West Lake. The hygiene and service are also quite good. The only thing that was a bit confusing was that fruit was only provided on the first day of my multi-day stay. When I called the front desk, they said it was only given on check-in day and not afterwards! Do I need to check in every day then? That logic seems a bit strange! However, fruit was delivered on the third day anyway. So, it's still worth a compliment. I hope the hotel can improve on this!

This hotel is a hidden gem! It offers great value for money, with excellent service and facilities. It's also super close to Hangzhou Tower, Hangzhou Central Intime Department Store, and Guoda Plaza. My stay here was fantastic!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway and close to shopping centers and tourist attractions. The doorman was proactive and helped me with my luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, making it a great choice for travelers. Overall, a very good experience.

I checked in on the first day of the Chinese New Year and stayed for two nights. My room was upgraded on the first night, but unfortunately, there were no available upgraded rooms on the second night. Despite that, I was very satisfied overall 👍. The room had been renovated and was quite clean. The only minor issue was that the windows were a bit old, making it hard to see outside, but this didn't affect my stay. On check-in, I received a bag of cookies, and at check-out, I was given a box of biscuits. Breakfast was decent; they had Wenzhou glutinous rice and handmade large meat buns, which were perfect for ensuring my child had a good and filling meal. I booked two nights for 599 RMB, and there was no price increase during the Spring Festival, which was an incredible deal compared to the regular room rates. Plus, they included two ferry tickets worth 138 RMB, which was perfect as we used them to take a boat to Dadou Road for our next hotel after checking out. All in all, five-star review, highly recommend staying here!
