We stayed in Hanghzhou for two nights. The staff was extremely friendly and nice (they even offered us breakfast for free). The room was big, clean and quiet, the bathroom and facilities were amazing. If we ever come back to Hangzhou, we'll definitely come back! Thank you

A really good option to stay in a nice affordable hotel close to Wu Lake with a pretty lively neightbourhood. The food is not to shabby but good enough to get you ready and there are good restaurants nearby.

衞生：非常的差，淋浴間地板沒有打掃乾淨，一進去就差點被滑得摔到了，感覺地面有非常厚的沐浴露，不知道為什麼打掃的阿姨竟然沒有發現，還有就是床上的被子是破的，也是無語了，。
環境:位置還行，大堂的空調過低，非常冷，洗衣機烘乾機衹有一台在六樓，並且非常難找，我繞了一圈才發現。
服務:24小時的酒店，竟然也會出現前台沒人的情況，今天退房的時候也有看到有其他的客人要退房喊了好幾聲都沒有人應，於是我們就都放下房卡走了。總之下次杭州住酒店慎重考慮，不會在住這家了….…最後一個是房間裏面有兩瓶水，還有一瓶是被開過了，也沒有發現和更換，更無語的是中午行辦理完入住就有阿姨敲錯房門☹️

連住兩天了，酒店前台工作人員都很熱情，服務態度超好，買印象西湖門票還有打折位置又好，比去哪兒便宜多人，早上我們行程比較緊湊，回來退房晚了，又免費給我們延遲了。早上早餐也很好吃。
