The room was clean and tidy, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The service was excellent, and there's even a robot that delivers takeout right to your door. The breakfast was pretty good too.

The ventilation system reeked, and I felt like I was trying to sleep in a KTV for an entire night – it was an absolute nightmare with the smell of smoke and alcohol. This was hands down the most uncomfortable hotel stay I've ever had. The building itself houses mahjong rooms and KTVs, and to cover up those smells, they used some really unpleasant air fresheners. The combination of all those odors was genuinely sickening. On top of that, the soundproofing was pretty poor, and there was what seemed like a nightclub right next door. Definitely a place to avoid.

To catch Jay Chou's concert, my friend and I booked the Relex Hotel Qianjiang New Town, which is super convenient to get to. The whole hotel has a really elegant and comfortable vibe. The breakfast restaurant is bright and spacious, and the decor is quite stylish. At checkout, the staff surprised us with a complimentary parking voucher, which was a lovely unexpected bonus, especially with the affordable price. I'd definitely come back again!

Service: The breakfast offers a rich variety, with numerous choices of both Chinese and Western styles.

I booked a stay at the Relax Hotel with friends this time. The environment was beautiful and comfortable, and the room facilities were complete, clean, and tidy. When I called the front desk because there weren't enough hangers, they immediately sent a staff member to bring more and even asked if I needed anything else, just to call. I was very satisfied with the hotel's service.

My university classmate came to Hangzhou to see Wang Junkai's concert, so we booked a hotel in Qianjiang New City, making it convenient to visit West Lake the next day. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, we were drawn to its marble-style decor, which was quite unique and grand. We both preferred this English-style over a modern aesthetic. When I asked the front desk staff about late-night snacks, they enthusiastically directed me to a food court across the street. I also encountered a staff member on my floor and asked for more water, and they were very helpful – excellent service all around. The room was clean and comfortable. We went for breakfast at 9 AM; the restaurant environment was on par with a five-star standard, and the dishes were plentiful and varied. It's truly rare to find such a value-for-money hotel these days. I'll definitely recommend it to friends!
