服務是真的好 讓安排一個安靜的房間直接給我安排到樓梯邊上非常安靜 隔壁房間放水都能聽見 而且前台小哥也很貼心了 浴缸用了一會沒有熱水 告訴他 他立馬就來給我解決 説開關應該掉了要修一下 我説換一間房你明天慢慢修 小哥給我來一句給你換了房間這個房間誰來打掃 我覺得這個小哥可以提前回家過年了 還有衞生也是非常好了 打掃了好像又沒有打掃 能做到這樣的乾淨程度估計打掃衞生的服務員也是費心了。

房間空調不制暖，吹風機也是冷風，除了水熱一點，哪哪都是冰冰涼，房間歷史悠久，設施陳舊，一樓還在裝修，確實對不起這個價格，唯一值得稱讚的就是工作人員還算盡心，有任何問題都能及時解決

跟圖片完全不符，衞生挺差的。訂的房型有浴缸，然後想泡個澡，半天沒有熱水。之前不知道沒熱水把那個浴套拆了，走的時候收了我十塊錢。我很不理解，提供的浴缸，浴套要收錢?關鍵我還沒有泡。既然要收費，像房間那些泡澡的玫瑰花瓣，還有一包零食上面都有標上價，為什麼那個浴套要收費卻不標價

工作原因，全國各地經常出差。這家酒店是我唯一連續住兩天的，然後就飛走了。老闆是細節控，很多細節讓人非常舒服。比如，手持花灑是向牆方向的，放水的時候不會濺到身上。比如，毛巾等是酒店定製刺綉標的。比如，房間內顏色是統一的，牆體，瓷磚，馬桶🚽浴缸，窗簾的顏色是統一的。細節還有很多。下次去杭州，一定還會住這裏。

酒店在一個小區裏面，位置很好找，但是房間不太滿意，投影儀的控温系統是壞的，看不了5分鐘就自動關機，空調也是一會吹大風一會吹小風，降温效果不明顯，特別説一下房卡一天竟然時效了三次，每次都需要跑到樓下去重新開卡，跟前台反應上述情況，竟然不為所動，沒給解決，不過有一個年齡稍微大點的男士，不知道是老闆還是經理，態度挺好的，總之除了這個老闆或經理其他的都不是很滿意，

空調不夠冷，打了一晚上16度就是涼快不起來，半夜被熱醒，那個廁所也是沒想到居然跟淋浴在一個地方，但是因為旁邊的心血管醫院很近，地理位置很好

這個店還挺隱蔽的，看起來非常高大上，提前預訂到了不錯的位置，總體體驗非常nice，有浴缸確實不錯，就是衞生方面要提高！
