The location is very good - just a few blocks from West lake.
The problems started when we couldn’t find the actual entrance to the hotel. There is a sign on the outside of the building, but when we entered we needed to wander around the shopping mall until we figured out that we need to go directly to the 7th floor.
The hotel is new and the rooms are nice and rather clean, decorated with bamboo in pleasant light colors. On the other hand, the towels look old and have holes. We also met a cockroach in the room, eww! The walls are extremely thin, we could hear the next room neighbors moaning loudly having intercourse at night AND in the morning! Gross!!!
The breakfast is okay, but totally Chinese style.
We will not stay here again for sure! Can not recommend it to anyone.

The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and friendly ( fu yijuan ).
She helped me couple of times to get the taxi and helped me with my bags. Very friendly, thank you.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing, the hotel is very clean, it is located near the subway, and West Lake is just couple of minutes away. The hotel staff is very professional, helpful and kind. We got a room upgrade and a free breakfast voucher. We will come again.

The hotel is located in the urban area. It is very convenient to go to Yintai in77. You can see the corner of the West Lake in the lobby. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service is very good, the price is very high, and the facilities are complete. The hotel has a parking lot and a laundry room. It is highly recommended
