Good playground, nice scenery and lake nearby. Hotel staff attentive. The items provided are really classy, eg slippers, hair dryer. Hotel breakfast is delicious.

- Suggestive location
- Hotel is substantially new (2021)

NEGATIVE
- Bad experience when, after having some drinks, the waiter called the front desk in front of me to ask if I had enough money in the security deposit to pay for the drink. Maybe next time he can be taught not to ask in front of the customer as it is not a very nice thing in a 5-star hotel.
- The outdoor swimming pool is only open from 3pm to 7pm and THERE ARE NO outdoor loungers for sunbathing
- The Chinese restaurant is not always open

A lovely and relaxing stay. amenities were clean and all working. food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean, spacious, and some have a beautiful view. It is a quite environment surounded by greenery and lots of nature. just beautiful.

A rare and unique location. Hotel with refined details, spacious spaces, friendly, attentive and efficient staff. With my wife and son, we felt peaceful, happy and at home. Of course, we will come back.

Perfect hotel for a nice getaway and relaxation. The hotel is super good, the location surround by nature and the nice Xianghu lake. The staff is absolutely professional and helpful, breakfast is also very good.

As a convention and exhibition person, staying in a five-star hotel is the norm, and there won't be too many surprises. However, I really love this one.
I took my parents out for a trip and chose this leisure and vacation hotel. The scenery inside and outside the hotel is very good. It is a natural oxygen bar. 20 pictures really can't show its beauty and love.
🏠The room is also very comfortable, with an area of 45 square meters, a 1.35m double bed, electric curtains, windows that can be opened, and a great view outside the window.
The private bathroom has a sink, and the semi-open bath has a round bathtub (it is worth mentioning that the toiletries provided by the front desk include disposable bath bags and bath bags), which is really considerate.
The service is also impeccable, and the speed of checking in is ok.
