強烈安利杭州久泰飯店!性價比超高。不僅位置好，服務更是沒得説。前台員工Yisper，pinky笑容滿面，有問必答。房間隔音效果很好，雖然臨街但非常安靜，床品親膚柔軟，洗浴用品品質也不錯。細節之處見真章，為這次旅途加分不少!

一家非常有特色的酒店，大堂挑高9米整個派頭很足，三進兩廊，一步一景，隱約可見藻井和琉璃的元素，展現出古典與現代完美融合的藝術氣息，房間大落地窗面向城市視野很開闊，每次入住都很愉快，和服務管家angel溝通也很高效！

第一次入住久泰酒店，位置就在錢塘江邊上，下樓就可以走到江邊散步。酒店的大堂很氣派，房間也很大，有門廳有衣帽間。退房那天因為是我生日，酒店很貼心的送了果盤還有點心，還佈置了房間。後面要求延遲退房也是很爽快地辦理了。印象最深刻的是酒店的按摩花灑，這個真的很好用！我們都後悔沒有在家裡裝一個了。美中不足的地方是馬桶有點不大好用然後有一丟丟異味。如果能再送個迷你吧就更好了。

五星級酒店這個價位很滿意。結婚紀念日入住，前台小姐姐和經理給我們免費升了房。房間非常大，乾淨衞生且安靜，江景不錯，洗護用品都是馥馬爾比較有檔次。提兩個缺點，一是洗漱用品在側面抽屜裏不太好找，二是房間空調不給力，杭州這兩天很熱，房間空間大，設定20度都不涼快

曾經美高梅的時候就來住過，當時記意最深刻的就是酒店房間裏的TCL彩電，想不到這次江景套房裡還在。酒店不大，中式審美在線，酒店位置也不錯。早餐品質還在，但可能國慶人多、服務明顯跟不上。但附贈下午茶品質不行。

總體不推薦。這家酒店不適合帶孩子出行，房間有煙味，空調系統老舊換了好幾次房，服務態度差，真的差不曉得前台包括管理層每個工作人員都拽什麼，處理問題速度慢。以後到杭州不會再來，可惜了以前釣魚台的名聲。
