YAGU Resort Hangzhou

It's been half a month since I left Hangzhou, and I just remembered I should leave a review. I booked the Yaguhuan Villa on Trip.com before Chinese New Year, and the front desk upgraded my room upon arrival. The hotel environment is quiet and pleasant, and the service is warm and attentive. The breakfast selection is rich, with potstickers that my child loved, and sweet roasted sweet potatoes. They even gave us a small cake on my child's birthday, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Getting around is also very convenient, as you can walk to attractions like Prince Bay Park, Turtle Pond, and Bathe the Swan Bay.

Came back to Yaguquan Resort for a few days. Besides the West Lake area, Yaguquan is a major reason I visit Hangzhou. The scenery is beautiful, it's close to West Lake but still peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. Even just relaxing and soaking up the sun at the hotel is wonderful. It's also super convenient to get to all the tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and every staff member made us feel right at home. A big thanks to Manager Shi Ji and all the front desk staff for their warm welcome when we arrived, and to Xiao Zeng for seeing us off. Special thanks to the concierge for helping with our luggage in the cold weather and for baking sweet potatoes for the kids. The breakfast spread is rich, and they offer various wellness teas daily, along with sugarcane juice and pear juice that the kids loved. The complimentary travel photoshoot was a nice touch, and the photographer, shī ge (a respectful way to address a male professional), had excellent photography skills.
