The hotel it’s lovely and well kept, staff very friendly and helpful, location is great for a weekend in nature with friends or family.

民宿坐落於杭州西湖後山楊梅嶺，風景秀麗從虎跑開車上去約十分鐘住宿有免費停車🅿️如果不住宿停車一小時二十元，從楊梅嶺徒步到九溪十八澗再到龍井村返回大致五六公里，

位於楊梅嶺最高處，北歐簡潔風格。郭麒麟和範丞丞在這裏拍過綜藝節目。服務態度不錯，衞生乾淨。就是隔音效果一般，旁邊其他鄰居有噪音的話有點吵

設施：設施有待改良，但是店家已經在盡力慢慢完善
衞生：乾淨舒適 我對氣味粉塵 光源比較敏感 房間內無異味，就連出去以後再返回也是沒有氣味的，對於民宿來説比較難得
環境：是在楊梅塢蠻高的的向茶田方向的民宿，地理位置優越，就在楊梅嶺牌牌下來就到了，雨天稍微折騰，但是打車都挺方便，附近也有很多茶館酒館，吃飯的地兒也改變了我對杭幫菜一貫的看法，楊梅塢確實帶來了很多很多驚喜和感動。
服務：服務是相當好，店裡的妹妹超級可愛，乖乖的，説話温温柔柔的，老闆也很有温度，相當有想法，店裡早餐也是新鮮水果蔬菜 我比較喜歡吃菜 老闆和妹妹還給我添加了很多，尤其是開心愉悦地添加，讓人覺得很幸福，像在朋友家做客一樣，咖啡也是現磨的，熱咖啡冒的香氣和店家服務質量一樣，實誠又温暖，永遠被真誠和善良熱淚盈眶。呆了兩天，結識了妹妹和老闆，相當幸運和開心，晴天應該是另外一番風景，希望以後有緣再會！

沒有給過差評，但是這個民宿實在不能忍。首先，衞生極差，拖鞋裡麪是污垢和頭髮，沒有清理過。沐浴露洗髮水都是上個客人用過的，沒有換（參考圖）。隔音非常差勁，隔壁説話完全可以聽見。房間裏的警報器每5-10秒想一次 雖然聲音不大，如果睡眠敏感的人，覺得會影響睡覺。跟服務員反饋，他們不認為是他們的問題，並不虛心接受反饋。非常認同上一個評價，服務態度差。性價比極差，建議大家一定慎重考慮。
