Amazing room. Water was turned off during my second day which was a little annoying but overall not bad. Location is far from West Lake area.

The hotel is old, and the air conditioning didn't work well, the bathrooms were not quite clean. The breakfast was good but there was no coffee machine.

Nice hotel for the price. I didn't explore the entire hotel, but the dining area was really nice. The front desk service was kind, although I didn't speak Madarin. The surrounding area was not scenic but more centric. I would stay again if in the area of Linping.

1. As soon as you enter the room, there are cigarette butts from the previous guests, thrown on the floor.
2. The window of the room is open, there is no screen, and there are countless mosquitoes at night. The child was bitten all over the head and body.
3. The central air-conditioning is hot when it is turned on for cooling, and the hotel does not turn on the air-conditioning.
4. The takeaway is delivered downstairs, but there are not enough robots, so we have to go downstairs to get it ourselves.
5. There is construction downstairs, which is very noisy.
6. The toiletries are extremely poor and they are charged.
7. The hotel requires a deposit for accommodation, which is rare for a hotel to require a deposit.
