Atour Hotel Jianguo North Road Wulin Square West Lake Hangzhou

The night staff, Qingning, handled my check-in very efficiently. The breakfast at Atour was light and delicious, with a great selection of noodles and hot congee. The ingredients were fresh, and the dining environment was clean and comfortable. Super satisfied!

Great place! The environment is nice and clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the congee offered in the evening was also excellent. Definitely recommend staying here. Plus, it's super convenient as it's very close to the subway station.

The lady who cleaned our room did a spotless job, not missing a single corner. The hotel's location is great, and the staff at the cookie service were excellent.

The subway station is just a short walk away, saving time on travel no matter where you're headed 👣. Si Zi handled check-in super fast, and the lobby has a beautiful bookshelf, creating a lovely atmosphere. The service attitude is also great; any issues are addressed immediately. What I really want to highlight is the hairdryer in the room. It easily beats many other hotels. The airflow is incredibly strong, unlike other places where it's just loud and takes ages to dry your hair. For girls who like to wash their hair at night, it's a true lifesaver!

Great location, and the service was good too. While the hotel is a bit older, the interior is well-maintained and the housekeeping was very prompt. The best part is truly the location, it's literally just 10 meters from the subway station. I'd recommend it to all my friends visiting Hangzhou.

This Atour hotel is in an excellent location. For a tourist city like this, convenient transportation is key! It's right outside the subway exit. The staff, Cookie, provided great service too 👍

The Qingning Hotel has a beautiful environment, and the subway station right downstairs makes getting to attractions very convenient. The room was also very quiet, and the view of West Lake from the hotel was quite nice. However, the Hangzhou cuisine definitely tasted a bit bland for my preference.

The hotel's location is excellent, and Sizi provided great service. It's very clean and conveniently located near Metro Lines 2 and 5, as well as a bus stop, all within a 2-minute walk. Getting around is super easy.

This is my second time staying at the Atour Hotel on Jian'guo Road, Wulinmen in Hangzhou. First off, it's incredibly convenient for transportation and parking. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is quite good. The front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.
