Okay, I just remembered I had another review to write, so here I go. This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Hangzhou, and I've been here many times. I have no idea how it got a four-star rating. 😅😅
Among other things:
1️⃣ None of the light switches were labeled. Every time I wanted to turn off a light, it took ages to find the right switch.
2️⃣ The magnifying mirror was broken; it wouldn't stand up at all.
3️⃣ The mosquito screen in the hotel was also broken.
4️⃣ The soundproofing was absolutely, incredibly terrible. I didn't get a wink of sleep for two nights. The couple next door were arguing, and it sounded like they were right in my ear. The soundproofing was so bad, even my own mother wouldn't recognize it. I could still hear everything even with earplugs in.
5️⃣ The TV was extremely laggy and broken, as shown in the picture. It was very unresponsive, and the aspect ratio was stretched, making everyone look distorted.
6️⃣ The showerhead in the hotel bathroom was leaking, and the water was scalding hot when I showered. Plus, they hadn't even prepared the disposable toiletries.
It's been many days, so I can't recall all the details, but the fact that I can still remember all this shows how truly terrible my impression was. There are countless better hotels for the same price.
