出門在外其他都隨意 但一向對酒店有所要求 畢竟舟車勞頓不想委屈了自己 基本很少會定位記錄酒店 但…這個活力四射時尚復古的 不管從整體裝修格局還是到客房佈置都以愛馬仕橙為主基調的年輕Hilton 真真可愛到我了 湖景房能看到西湖 隱藏式雙層大門設計 到處的霓虹燈和pub 好像一不小心就要開始蹦迪 有點W的風格 酒店工作人員清一色帥哥美女 且服務超級好 周到貼心 午餐自助烤牛肉也很不錯 室外露天餐廳也別有一番風味 健身房看着不錯 這次來不及體驗 下次一定要感受下 還有室內的用品都是不錯的 戴森的吹風機 連杯子也是用的阿聯酋製造的RAK porcelain並非普通陶瓷 健康有保證
把我一路帶着的小玫瑰送給了酒店

酒店環境衞生不錯，橙色調設計感十足，距離西湖裡景區步行大約10分鐘。精釀小酒吧晚上有駐唱，特調雞尾酒也很有特色。客房寬敞舒適，但衞生間淋浴房防水設計有點問題，水會溢流出來，弄得隔壁馬桶間地上都是水。半自助早餐想法不錯，但是服務員較少導致有點混亂，有看到廚房工作人員用手直接接觸食物，餐飲管理需加強。

酒店位置很好，離西湖和銀泰都不遠，酒店早餐不錯還贈送有雞尾酒🍸，我一個人就沒去喝，但還是感受到了服務的用心，周到，是一家有温度的酒店，感謝。下次杭州還會選擇。

地理位置沒得説，離西湖遊船碼頭步行可到，也可步行到銀泰吃飯，酒店很新，房間大小合適，雙床也夠睡兩大一小。晚上有駐唱，很放鬆。早餐挺豐富的，麪條餛飩和西式餐點單點好服務人員會送上，免去自己排隊取，這點不錯。前台Vivian服務很到家，會通過微信提示訊息，很温馨
