The first thing you notice when you walk into this hotel is the meticulous service from the guest relations team. From the moment you step into the lobby, friendly staff with warm smiles greet you, their eyes sincere and attentive. They are always perceptive to guests' individual needs – whether it's travel inquiries or handling unexpected situations, they respond with a high level of professionalism and calm, making the entire stay feel incredibly comfortable.

The guest relations team was incredibly attentive and patiently answered all my questions in detail. The hotel itself was spotless, bright, and impeccably maintained, boasting a unique and sophisticated design. Staying here was a truly pleasant and memorable experience, especially since I was in Xiaoshan. My room was fully equipped with everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent, and upon entering, an elegant ambiance immediately envelops you. I particularly loved the exquisite French murals throughout the hotel; I found myself lingering to admire them.

The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options: different types of porridge, breads, cold noodles, salads, sandwiches, jianbing guozi (Chinese crepes), several vegetable dishes like winter melon and scrambled eggs with tomatoes, small wontons, rice noodles, and various juices, milk, and coffee. It was all so diverse, exquisite, and delicious! The hotel itself is comfortable, with complete facilities, and the butler service was very attentive. The large windows offered a nice view. Overall, it's great value for money, especially the breakfast – I would definitely come back! I was very impressed with the cleanliness and overall feel of the interior and exterior of the hotel. I love the standard modern layout and design. You need a key card to use the elevator and access your room, the public areas are quiet, and the front desk and concierge staff were friendly and always happy to help. Both above-ground and underground parking are convenient and free. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the night view is beautiful. Overall, I'm very satisfied! I'm really looking forward to staying here again in the future!
