The front desk staff were very welcoming and eager to help with anything. The young lady at the front was especially enthusiastic. The room was well-equipped, and the hairdryer was powerful. The room itself was cozy, and the hotel's location is excellent. Our room was also very spacious, clean, and tidy, with a comfortable layout that my child loved. It felt very relaxing and peaceful. The hotel is very close to West Lake, Xixi Wetland, and Lingyin Temple, and there's a subway station right at the entrance. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we'll definitely be back.
