Not bad at all! I've stayed at Atour multiple times and really like it. The hygiene is good, the laundry service is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is great.

There are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. It's next to a university town and a snack street, offering lots of delicious food. It's also not far from West Lake and Song Dynasty Town, and the subway is very close, which is super convenient! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou. The laundry pick-up and delivery service is a nice touch.

The room amenities were comprehensive, with the air conditioning and other facilities working perfectly. The soundproofing was also excellent, providing a quiet and comfortable environment for rest. The room service staff were friendly and kind, making me feel very welcome. The hotel's cleanliness was meticulous, and the lobby had a delightful fragrance, showing great attention to detail. The late-night congee service was warm and comforting, and the breakfast the next day offered a rich variety of delicious options. Receiving complimentary bottled water at check-out was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations and is definitely worth recommending!
