Honestly, the hotel's service attitude was really good; they immediately resolved any issues we had. That's definitely worth praising, especially the front desk staff today, who were incredibly thoughtful. However, there was a slight discrepancy between the hotel's booking photos and the actual room. We were a group of four and booked a 4-person suite. Based on the pictures, I thought it would be two bedrooms and a living room. To my surprise, upon checking in, I found it was one bedroom with the other bed made up from the living room sofa. This really threw me off; I was very unhappy and felt deceived. But since it was New Year's Eve, finding another place at short notice would have been difficult. After we brought up the issue to the hotel, they immediately sent up a lot of fruit and a bottle of red wine. Their service attitude truly is impeccable, so I'd say it balances out. Also, the hotel should really take some time to fix the peeling paint in the bathroom. I originally booked this room specifically because of your pictures. So, out of a five-star rating, four stars are for your excellent service. Keep up the good work!
